1 Scribe 3 holes (1, 2, 3) on the left front end floor as per the graphic

a = 180 mm

b = 29 mm

c = 110 mm

d = 57 mm

X = Parallel line to vehicle longitudinal axis

2 Drill out marked drilling points to 7 mm.

3 Mill hole (2) to 30 mm and hole (3) to 34 mm.

4 Screw on assembly plate (4) for the heater at hole (1) and align assembly plate at a right angle to the vehicle longitudinal axis (PFL).

5 Mark the mounting holes (5, 6) of the assembly plate, remove assembly plate again and drill out marked drilling points to 7 mm.

6 Debur holes and apply anticorrosive.
