1 Mask off apex seal (1) above windshield.
2 Remove sliding roof rubber (2).
3 Remove cover strip (3) between center and side roof paneling.

4 Mask off rear window with Stegoband tape.
5 Cover the entire vehicle with masking paper.
6 Mask sliding roof.

7 Antenna installed.
Working order in direction of arrow:
Position wedge at sealing lip.
Push sealing lip forward and
remove.
Check mounting tabs.
The mounting lugs attached on the inside snap off when this is done and remain on the antenna. Any lugs that do not snap off must be removed manually afterwards.
Fit spacer beneath
antenna cowl.
Install sealing lip.
Antenna removed as new part.
During replacement, the antenna may not be disassembled. Risk of damage!
Paint antenna cowl on painting stand.
