Remove/install

1

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).

Remove engine stabilizer mount.

Remove screws (4) and remove engine carrier (5).

 Bolt, engine support to oil pan

Release and disconnect electrical connector of the oil sensor (oil level, temperature, and quality) (B40).

Release and disconnect electrical connector (2).

Unclip retaining clip (3) of electric line from oil pan.

Remove screws (1) and place bracket with low-temperature coolant pump (M43/1) to one side.

Remove retaining clips (6).

Remove noise encapsulation (7) downwards from oil pan.

10

Install in the reverse order.
