Remove screw (1) and loosen remaining screws of connecting panel (2) by several revolutions

Disconnect electrical connector from speaker (4)

Remove screw/bolt (9) at belt sash guide (10)

Insert assembly wedge between connecting panel (2) and body

Guide out seat belt (11) between connecting panel (2) and body and place down in vehicle together with belt sash guide (10)

Guide out reversible belt tensioner (14) in the sequence shown (arrows A, B, C, D)

Disconnect electrical connection (15)

Remove seat belt (11) with reversible belt tensioner (14) from vehicle

Install in the reverse order

Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) with diagnostic system

When replacing the reversible belt tensioner (14).


