Remove/install

Remove seat backrest trim on seat backrest.

Remove cable tie (1).

Installation: Replace the cable tie (1).

Disconnect electrical connector (6).

Unlock connector housing of electrical connector (6) on backrest frame and remove.

Unhook spring mat (4) from eyelets (2, 3) on one side.

Unclip left front seat backrest seat ventilation motors (M18/10) or right front seat backrest seat ventilation motors (M18/12) from seat backrest padding (5) (arrows).

Lift spring mat (4) and remove left front seat backrest seat ventilation motors (M18/10) or right front seat backrest seat ventilation motors (M18/12).

Installation: Observe the routing of the electrical wiring harness.

Install in reverse order.
