Remove cover at seat backrest

Remove old heater pad (R13/7) carefully

 Warm bonding areas with heat gun. Transfer position of old heater pad (R13/7) onto padding (5).



Install

Apply adhesive to padding (5)

Quick-acting adhesive, Loctite 495

*BR00.45-Z-1033-02A

Thread in electric line (4) or controller unit (3) of new heater pad (R13/7) into cutout (1) or recess (2) on padding (5)

Align new heater pad (R13/7) on padding (5) and glue on

Install cover at seat backrest

Perform function test for new heater pad (R13/7)
