Remove rear seat backrest (2)

Without electrically adjustable rear bench seat, code 223b or individual rear seats, electrically adjustable, with seat ventilation, heated seats and memory package, code 224c.

With electrically adjustable rear bench seat, code 223b.

With individual rear seats, electrically adjustable, with seat ventilation, seat heater and memory package, code 224c.

Remove rear shelf (3)

Undo screws (4, 2 pcs.)

 Screw, head restraint mechanical system to rear wall.

Unscrew bolts (5, 2 pcs.)

 Screw, head restraint mechanical system to rear wall.

Remove head restraint mechanical system (6) from partition wall access cover towards front

Detach pneumatic line (7) and electrical connector (8)

Install in the reverse order

Check operation of rear fold-down head restraint (1)
