Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Tilt out mirror glass (1) at top.

Remove mirror glass (1) by hand from housing and in doing so unclip at mirror glass adjustment drive.


During unclipping, ensure that mirror glass (1) is not tensioned too much.
Mirror glass (1) will otherwise break and must be replaced.

Installation: Clip mirror glass (1) into mirror glass adjustment drive from the bottom up. Ensure that all catch hooks (2) arrest completely.

Disconnect electric lines from electrical connections (3, 4) and remove mirror glass (1).

The number of electrical connections (3, 4) depends on the vehicle equipment.

Installation: Ensure that electrical wiring harnesses are routed correctly.

Install in the reverse order
