Danger!

Risk of explosion from welding or soldering work on closed air conditioning system. Risk of poisoning from inhaling overheated refrigerant vapors. Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by contact with liquid refrigerant.

Never perform welding work on or near a closed air conditioning system. No smoking or open flames. Wear safety glasses and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated areas. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been discharged.

Fill in the prescribed total filling quantity via the pressure-side testing and filling valve (1) only.

Switch off air conditioning vacuum and recycling unit

Fully unscrew shutoff valve from suction-side testing and filling valve (3)

Screw on cap above shutoff valve.

Remove pressure and suction line of air conditioning vacuum and recycling unit from the pressure-side testing and filling valve (1) and from the suction-side testing and filling valve (3)

Screw on caps above the pressure-side testing and filling valve (1) and the suction-side testing and filling valve (3)

Close electromagnetic shutoff valve

Only when the electromagnetic shutoff valve was opened with the aid of a magnet.

Remove electrical line that is used to activate the electromagnetic shutoff valve
