Remove front grille

 On all others except model 463.243/244/245/246/247/248/249/250/ 254/309/322/323/332/333, unscrew radiator grille screws (arrows) and remove radiator grille upward.

Remove crossmember (1) with hood lock

 To do so, unscrew screws, place horn or horn (2) to one side and loosen ground connection (3) at crossmember.

 Place crossmember (1) with hood lock onto engine.

Detach cover (4) from vent filter

 Only on engine 112, 113

Remove left and right air intake hoses (5)

 Only on engine 112, 113

Remove air filter

 Only on engine 112, 113

Remove condenser attachment strut (6)

 To do so, remove screws (7) at left and right and disconnect cable tie.

Remove power steering fluid line

 To do so, unscrew nuts (8) from power steering fluid line holder (9).

Disconnect electrical connector (11) from additional fan (12)

Remove additional fan (12)

 To do this, unscrew screws (10) at left and right as well as nut in center

Install in the reverse order

Deactivate service mode in TELE AID emergency call system
