Remove/install

Unscrew nut(2)

 Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve

Remove low-pressure line (3) and high-pressure line (4) from expansion valve (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs

 Installation: Install new sealing rings.

 Record plug

Remove screws/bolts (5), remove expansion valve (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs

 Installation: If the thread of screws/bolts (5) does not engage, remove threaded plate using  extraction hook, hold in position and screw in screws/bolts (5) alternately.
