Remove/install

Remove refrigerant line between refrigerant condenser (8) and refrigerant compressor.

Remove nut (2).

Remove nut (3).

 Nut, refrigerant line to refrigerant condenser for high-voltage battery cooling system

Remove the nut (4).


When releasing and tightening nut (4), counterhold refrigerant line (5) at connecting point using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 5, 6) could be damaged.

Remove refrigerant line (1) at refrigerant lines (5, 6), at expansion valve (7) and at refrigerant condenser (8).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Seal openings on refrigerant lines (5, 6), on expansion valve (7) and on refrigerant condenser (8).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil.

Remove screw (9).

Remove refrigerant line (1).


Remove and insert the refrigerant line (1) carefully.
Otherwise, the refrigerant line (1) or adjacent components could be damaged.

Install in the reverse order.
