Position of the testing and filling valves

1 Test and charging valve on intake side

2 Pressure side testing and filling valve

	Evacuating
1	Connect intake and pressure lines of evacuation, preparation and charging unit to test and charging valve on intake (1) and pressure side (2).		*WE58.40-Z-1002-22A
2	Evacuate air conditioning system	 Evacuate air conditioning circuit up to max. achievable vacuum, but for at least 30 min.
	Leak test
3	Switch off evacuation, preparation and charging unit and read off vacuum pressure indication.	 Note vacuum pressure value:  Wait 10 min. and read vacuum pressure display again:  Compare displayed value with noted value  Vacuum reduction > 150 mbar:
		Check circuit for leaks: 	AR83.30-D-1209-01A
		Vacuum reduction  150 mbar: Circuit okay: 
		Fill air conditioning	AR83.30-D-1767A
