Remove heater unit

Pry out air outlet (1)

Use a suitable tool to pry the air outlet (1) out of the fixture.

Remove connecting clamps (arrows)

Detach connector on the blower motor

Remove bolts (4)

Remove blower housing (5) from heater housing

Remove upper section of heater housing (8) from lower section of heater housing (9)

Remove heater heat exchanger (6)

Installation: Check that tapping plate (7) is correctly seated.

Install in the reverse order
