Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit

KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.

Remove rear center console

Open stowage compartment (2) in front center console

Remove screws/bolts (3)

Disconnect air vent (1) at catch hooks (5) from center console and lift up until electrical connectors (6, 7) are accessible

Installation: Insert air vent (1) first (arrow).

Remove screws/bolts (4)

7

Disconnect electrical connectors (6, 7) and remove air vent (1) upwards out of vehicle

Remove rear automatic air conditioning operating unit (N22/4)

With CODE 581 (Comfort automatic air conditioning)
When replacing air vent (1)
