Disconnect ground lead from battery

Remove ashtray flap together with radio flap and mounting frame

Evacuate air from connection (5) for hose seal (6) with vacuum of approx. 0.8 bar

The hose seal can be damaged if the air is not evacuated before pulling out the filter drawer.

Push the slide locks on the right (1) and
left (2) to the side and remove

Push the slide locks to the outside (direction of arrow).

Remove filter drawer (3) from heater housing (7)

Installation:

The hose seal can be damaged if the air is not evacuated before inserting the filter drawer.

Reinstall in opposite order
