Store window washing fluid and antifreeze leakfree in safely closed original containers and out of the reach of children.

Remove

Open engine hood

Remove right front fender liner

Disconnect electrical connector (1)

Disconnect electrical connection (2)

Disconnect electrical connector (3) from washer fluid reservoir (4)

 Clip remover

Pry out windshield washer system pump (5) from the washer fluid reservoir (4) and seal (12)

 Drain washer fluid into a suitable container.

Disconnect connector coupling (6)

 Drain washer fluid into a suitable container.

Remove retaining clip (7)

 Clip remover

Pull filler neck (8) out of washer fluid reservoir (4)

Remove screws (9)

Pull washer fluid reservoir (4) out of holder (10) towards the front

Remove headlamp cleaning system pump

When replacing the washer fluid reservoir (4).

Remove hose (11) on washer fluid reservoir (4)

Install

Install hose (11) on washer fluid reservoir (4)

Install headlamp cleaning system pump

Check seals (12, 13) for damage and correct seating in the washer fluid reservoir (4)

If a seal (12, 13) is damaged.



Replace seal (12, 13).

If a seal (12, 13) is not properly seated in the washer fluid reservoir (4).



Correctly position seal (12, 13).

Slide the washer fluid reservoir (4) to the rear into the holder (10) on the longitudinal member

Tighten screws (9)

Connect the connector coupling (6)

Engage the windshield washer system pump (5) in the seal (12) and the washer fluid reservoir (4)

Clip in the electrical connector (3) on the washer fluid reservoir (4)

Connect electrical connector (2)

Connect electrical connector (1)

Slide the filler neck (8) into the washer fluid reservoir (4)
