Danger!

Injury hazard! Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases, even sever extremities.

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove ignition key

Open front flap

Disconnect spray water hose (2) from connection point behind front end cover and pull outward

Press off cap (1) with installation wedge

Unscrew nut (3) and remove wiper arm

Loosen wiper arm from serrated cone on wiper shaft by turning slightly back and forth.

Install in opposite order

Adjust wiper system
