Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m)

Unclip cover (2)

 Installation: Ensure that cover (2) is seated correctly.

Disconnect electrical connection (4)

Loosen retaining clamp (3) from holder (5) on both sides (arrows A)

 The retaining clamp (3) remains on the rain and light sensor (1).

 Installation: The retaining clamp (3) must be correctly engaged at the holder (5).

Remove rain and light sensor (1) with retaining clamp (3) from holder (5)

 Installation:
The windshield must be free of dust and grease in the area of the rain and light sensor (1).
Otherwise the rain and light sensor (1) may experience malfunctions.

 Installation: Always replace rain and light sensor (1).
Remove protective foil at rain and light sensor (1).

Install in the reverse order
