| Remove/install | ||
1 | Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key from EIS control unit | On vehicles with Keyless Go, code 889: Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until the ignition is switched off. Remove transmitter key from vehicle and store it in a location beyond its transmission range (at least 2 m). | |
Ensure that the light is switched off. The light switch must be in the "0" position. | |||
2 | Remove bolt (1) and remove cover (2) | ||
3 | Remove bolt (3) | ||
4 | Remove left front fog lamp (E5/1) or right front fog lamp (E5/2) from bumper | ||
5 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove left front fog lamp (E5/1) or right front fog lamp (E5/2) | ||
6 | Install in the reverse order | ||
7 | Check front fog lamp settings, adjust if necessary | ||
| Check headlamp adjustment | ||
| Adjust or check front fog lights |
