Before checking function ensure that

vacuum system is okay.

1 Remove headlamp cover.

2 Allow engine to run.

3 Move control switch from position 0 to position 3.

4 Check whether linkage moves (arrow) on actuators for left and right headlamps.

If no motion is present at actuator, replace actuator.
