Switch off ignition

Remove center curtain rail

Remove cover frame form pop-up roof

Disconnect electrical connector (2) from tilting roof motor (M20)

Unscrew nuts (1)

When pop-up roof is fastened with nuts (1).

Unscrew bolts

When pop-up roof is fastened with bolts.

Remove pop-up roof

Check seal on pop-up roof frame and check for damage

Only if pop-up roof is reused. If seal is damaged:

Replace seal on frame of pop-up roof.

Clean contact surface on cab

Install in the reverse order
