1 | Remove center curtain rail | ||
2 | Remove cover frame form pop-up roof | ||
3 | Remove retainer (4) | ||
4 | Electrically open pop-up roof | If the pop-up roof cannot be opened electrically:: | |
Open pop-up roof mechanically with aid of bolt (3) on pop-up roof motor (M20). | |||
5 | Support pop-up roof | ||
6 | Switch off ignition | ||
7 | Disconnect electrical connector (1) | ||
8 | Remove bolts (5) | ||
9 | Remove pop-up roof motor (M20) | For this purpose remove support, manually lower pop-up roof and pull pop-up roof motor (M20) out of lever (2). | |
Installation: When replacing pop-up roof motor (M20), move lever to "Pop-up roof opened" position. | |||
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Check pop-up roof function |
