1 | Set mounting position with roof switch | Switch on ignition. Vario roof remains in this position for 7 min after release of roof switch (stop function). The roof can be set to this position for another 7 minutes by pressing the roof switch again. | |
2 | Disconnect seal (1) from rail (2) | ||
3 | Unscrew screws (3) and Remove rail (2) with seal (1) | Replace sealing profile (4) on rail (2) if damaged | |
4 | Install in the reverse order | Use lubricating fluid for mounting seals Transition from rail (2) to rail on A-pillar may be slightly altered in the oblong holes | |
5 | Perform rain test |
