Close panoramic sliding sunroof.

Mount front fixed element (1) on body.

 Helper required.

 Observe installation position of windshield seal (arrow).

Align front fixed element (1) according to tape strips.

 Do not move the vehicle for at least 10 h after gluing in the front fixed element (1).
The strength of the adhesively bonded connection is otherwise impaired and the required adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

Put loads on front stationary element (1) during curing time of adhesive.

 Use flat weights, e. g. sandbags.
Front fixed element (1) can otherwise be damaged.
