Lifting device

1	Support door with the  lifting device.

2	Remove caps (3) above bolts (2) on lower hinge.

3	Tighten bolts (1, 2) on hinges on A-pillar.

 To adjust the installation depth of the door on the A-pillar.

4	Adjust installation depth of door on A-pillar by moving front door horizontally.

 The transitions between the door paneling, cab paneling, windshield and door window must be flush without offset.

5	Tighten screws (1, 2)  .

6	 Remove lifting device from the door.

7	Slightly loosen the screws of the lock wedge on the B-pillar.

 To adjust the installation depth of the door on the B-pillar.

8	Adjust installation depth of door on B-pillar by moving lock wedge horizontally.

 The transitions between the door paneling, cab paneling and door window must be flush without offset.

9	Tighten screws on lock wedge  .

10	Remove caps (3) above bolts (2) on lower hinge.
