Remove the front door sill.

Unclip the clips (2a) for the footwell trim (1) (arrows).

Reach behind the footwell trim (1), unclip the clip (2b) and remove the footwell trim (1).

Check the clips (2a, 2b) for damage and to ensure that they are properly fitted.

If a clip (2a, 2b) is damaged..

Replace clip (2a, 2b).

If a clip (2a, 2b) is not properly fitted in the support on the footwell trim (1).

Position the clip (2a, 2b) correctly.

Install in the reverse order
