1 | Activate roof opening | When the roof opening is activated, the hinges move out of their end positions. | |
Function prerequisites Hand brake applied. Luggage roller pulled out and hooked in. Trunk lid closed. Ignition switched on (2nd stage). | |||
2 | Open trunk lid | ||
3 | Remove paneling of rear center section | ||
4 | Unscrew bolt (2) and remove retractable cover (3). | ||
5 | Pull off rubber buffer (4) | ||
6 | Unscrew bolt (5) and remove support (6). | ||
7 | Remove spreading rivets (7) | 6 in total | |
8 | Remove paneling (1) in direction of arrow | Lift paneling over mount for rubber buffer (4) | |
9 | Remove trunk lamp (8) | In left paneling. | |
10 | Remove closed trunk luggage cover limit switch (S69/10) in arrow direction | Do not disconnect connector. | |
11 | Install in the reverse order | Installation: Ensure that trunk seal is seated properly. |
