Remove paneling at side front of Vario-roof

Move roof to installation position with roof switch

 Leave ignition switched on. The Vario-roof remains in this position for 7 minutes after releasing the roof switch (stop function). It can be stopped in this position for another 7 minutes by pressing the roof switch again.

Unscrew screws (2)

Remove paneling (1) from rail at rear of roof

Reinstall in opposite order

 Properly position support (3) on Vario-roof at side
