Lift stowage compartment (1) until electrical connectors on cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3x1) or electrical connector on front interior compartment socket connector (X5817x1) are accessible

Disconnect electrical connector on cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3x1) or electrical connector on front interior compartment socket connector (X5817x1)

Disconnect electrical connection (4)

Remove stowage compartment (1)

Open cover (5) on stowage compartment (1) by carefully pressing at front of decorative cover

Carefully push decorative cover (6) toward rear in direction of arrow and hold carrier as well as side guide arm of stowage compartment (1)


Do not press from top into decorative cover.
Otherwise the joining elements of the decorative cover as well as the carrier of the stowage compartment (1) can be damaged.


Carefully detach decorative cover and hold side guide arms of carrier on stowage compartment (1).
Otherwise the carriers on stowage compartment (1) can bend and the decorative cover is no longer seated safely.

Open cover (5) on stowage compartment (1) by carefully pressing at rear of decorative cover

Carefully push decorative cover of cover (5) toward rear in direction of arrow and hold carrier as well as side guide arms of stowage compartment (1)


Do not press decorative cover from top.
Otherwise the joining elements of the decorative cover as well as the carrier of the stowage compartment (1) can be damaged.


Carefully detach decorative cover and hold side guide arms of carrier on stowage compartment (1).
Otherwise the carriers on the stowage compartment (1) can bend and the decorative cover is no longer seated safely.

Assemble

Completely open stowage compartment (1) by pushing at rear cover carrier

Install decorative cover on cover (6) and carefully push toward front opposite to direction of arrow, hold carrier as well as side guide arms of stowage compartment (1)


Do not press decorative cover from top.
Otherwise the joining elements of the decorative cover as well as the carrier of the stowage compartment (1) can be damaged.


Carefully lock decorative cover and hold side guide arms of carrier on stowage compartment (1).
Otherwise the carriers on the stowage compartment (1) can bend and the decorative cover is no longer seated safely.

Install decorative cover of cover (5) and completely open stowage compartment (1) by pushing on rear cover carrier

Push decorative cover on cover (5) toward front in opposite to direction of arrow, hold carrier as well as side guide arms of stowage compartment (1)


Do not press from top into decorative cover.
Otherwise the joining elements of the decorative cover as well as the carrier of the stowage compartment (1) can be damaged.


Carefully lock decorative cover and hold side guide arms of carrier on stowage compartment (1).
Otherwise the carriers on the stowage compartment (1) can bend and the decorative cover is no longer seated safely.

Position stowage compartment (1) and connect electrical connector (4)

Disconnect electrical connector on cigarette lighter with front ashtray illumination (R3x1) or electrical connector on front interior compartment socket connector (X5817x1) and remove stowage compartment (1)

Ensure that pins (10) reach into the stowage compartment (1)at the front into the guides (11) on the center console (arrows K).

Screw in bolts (2)
