Remove/install

Remove right footwell cover (4) on driver side

Remove left footwell cover (1) on driver side

Move back steering column

Remove terminal yoke (5)

 Mounting wedge

Unclip diagnostic socket (X13)

 Slide diagnostic socket (X13) through paneling (3) toward inside.

Remove screw/bolts (2)

Pull paneling (3) toward rear

 Pull trim (3) toward rear until electrical connectors at switch module (6) can be accessed.

Disconnect electrical connectors at switch module (6)

Remove panel (3)

 Trim (3) is clipped multiple times under instrument panel and must be removed in upward direction.

Install in the reverse order
