Apply glue bead with triangular nozzle directly to sealing frame (2) starting at bottom in center of window.
Install side window within 5 min when bonding with 2-component adhesive and within 10 min when bonding with 1-component adhesive. Otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
When bonding with 2-component adhesive, apply first 5 cm of bead of glue on a piece of cardboard, since the components are not yet mixed properly at the beginning.
When applying, the adhesive bead must have the same height as the triangular nozzle cutout. Apply adhesive bead to side window. To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold cartridge gun at right angle to window.

Allow end of adhesive bead to run out parallel to start of adhesive bead.

Smooth adhesive bead to obtain uniform shape.

Position cup suction tool on side window.

Lift side window and center with adhesive tape (12) above window cutout, carefully lay down and press on.
Open side window on vehicle. This prevents the side window from being pressed outwards by the air pressure when a door is closed.
The side window should only be pushed by one person. Otherwise the side window can break if pressed on both sides simultaneously.
It is no longer possible to move the roof window after installation. Curing time: 1K1-component adhesive min. 2 h. 2K2-component adhesive min. 1 h.
