Wipe adhesive area on window cutout with moist rag from glass cleaning set included in repair kit and rub dry with dry cloth from glass cleaning set.

 Do not use commercially available cleaners.
Otherwise adhesion of the adhesive material is not ensured.

Level remaining adhesive bead with offset scraper to a thickness of approx. 1 mm.

Evacuate window cutout.

If applicable, touch up paint damage in bonding area with primer from repair kit.

 Allow primer to air-dry for a minimum of 10 min.

Repair paint damaged in visible area with top coat paint.

Perform body work.

Perform paintwork.

Wipe adhesive area on window cutout with moist rag from glass cleaning set included in repair kit and rub dry with dry cloth from glass cleaning set.

Level remaining adhesive bead down to a thickness of approx. 1 mm.

Apply primer from repair kit to painted bonding surface.

 If more than 12 h have expired since leveling the adhesive bead in the window cutout apply primer to adhesive bead. Allow primer to air-dry for a minimum of 10 min.
Hold application sponge horizontally (narrow application).
