Clean windshield cutout (3).

If necessary, perform required body work and repair paint damage.

Level remaining adhesive bead (1) with scraper (2) down to a thickness of approx. 1 mm.
Remove all adhesive bead residues (1) from windshield cutout (3)
Level adhesive bead immediately before installing windshield.

Evacuate windshield cutout (3) and instrument panel (4).
5
Dab any minor paint damage and newly painted surfaces on windshield cutout (3) with primer.
Allow primer to flash off for at least 15 minutes.
