The superordinate service document as well as the safety information in the service document must be observed.
The following commercially available tools are required to perform the operation steps: Rotary wire brush, collet (standard), multifunction unit (spot welding), wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
1 | Install front roof frame, fit, and fix in place. |
2 | Front roof frame (areas A, E). |
3 | Install bracket for sun visor, fit, and fix in place. |
4 | Inner roof frame (areas B, C, D, F). |
5 | Clean weld joints. |
6 | Remove shavings and drill chips. |
