| Grind mating surfaces on front roof frame (1) down to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.

|
| Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.
|

| Drill rivet holes with Ø 6.7 mm on mounting support (2) and countersink (area C).
|
|
| Transfer holes from old part.
|

| Grind mating surfaces on mounting support (2) down to bare metal in the cross-hatched areas.
|
|
| Grind spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.
|

| Remove shavings and drill chips.
|
5
| Apply zinc dust paint to insides of spot weld flanges.
