Install bottom door hinge mount

N64.30-2026-06

1 Install bottom door hinge mount and fix with welding device.

2 Install hinged rear door.

3 Install rear lamp

4 Check and adjust gap dimensions on hinged rear door and rear lamp.

Remove gap dimensions from the above listed gap dimension table.

5 Drill dia. 6.5 mm rivet holes (areas A, C and D).

6 Countersink rivet holes (area D).

Install bottom door hinge mount

N64.30-2032-06

7 Remove welding device and bottom door hinge mount and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

8 Install bottom door hinge mount and fix with clamping pliers and screw-on clamping grippers.

9 Drill rivet holes with Ø 6.5 mm (area B).

10 Remove bottom door hinge mount and deburr rivet holes on both sides.

11 Apply adhesive to bottom door hinge mount.

Observe manufacturers details for application of adhesive.

12 Rivet bottom door hinge mount with Polygrip flat head rivets, dia. 6.414 mm (areas A, B and C).

13 Rivet bottom door hinge mount with Polygrip countersunk head rivets, dia. 6.414 mm (area D).
