Remove expansion reservoir (9)

Remove vacuum line (5) and electrical connector (4) from boost pressure control pressure transducer

Disconnect electrical connector (2, 6)

Remove refrigerant line (3) and receiver/driver (1) from wheel well panel.

 Do not disconnect refrigerant line (3).

Disconnect electrical connector (10) and remove charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) from wheel well paneling

Remove hot water circulation pump (M13) from wheel well panel.

Disconnect right front brake pad contact sensor connector (X88/13)

Unclip right front ABS rpm sensor (X62/27) from bracket and disconnect

Remove refrigerant line (7) from wheel well panel.

Disconnect electrical connector from fanfare horn 2 (H2/1)

Route cable harness through cable passage (16) and loosen cable tie

Remove socket on engine block heater from wheel well paneling

Detach right front wheel well ground (W3/1)

Remove upper radiator crossmember (12)

 Do not remove Bowden cable from engine hood lock.

Take off front bumper

 Only loosen rear bolts and pull bumper in direction of travel.

Remove lower radiator crossmember (13)

 Separate cable tie.

Remove additional fan frame (11) from right wheel well panel.

Remove bolt (14) from wheel well paneling on frame.

Remove wheel well panel screws (15) from firewall.

Remove wheel well panel.

 Lift front wheel well panel.

Install in the reverse order
