Cut off spot welds on platform floor (1) (area A).

 Cut off spot welds (arrows) through 2 panel thicknesses.

Spot weld milling machine

Remove shavings and milling chips.

Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

Remove damaged platform floor (1).

Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas and around holes (area B).
