Remove/install

Open rear pop-out window.

Remove handle (3).

 To do so, remove nuts (4).

 Removal: Mark installation position of handle (3).

 Installation: Observe marking of the installation position of the handle (3).

 Nut, handle to rear pop-out window to hardtop

Remove cover (2).

 To do so, remove retaining clips (1).

Disconnect electrical connector (7).

Remove nuts (8).

 Nut, control on rear pop-out window to hardtop

Remove pop-out window actuator (5).

 Installation: Ensure that the seal (6) is seated correctly.

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Check function of the pop-out window actuator (5).
