Remove

1

Open dropside (5).

Remove seal (2).

 Seal (2) must be replaced.

Remove screw/bolts (3).

Remove truckbed liner (1) upwards.

 Check for completeness of spacers (6).

If spacers (6) have fallen off,



glue on fallen off spacers (6) again.

Double-sided adhesive tape

Clean

Remove adhesive residue on dropside (5).

Clean bonding surface (A) on dropside (5).

Cleaner

Install

Apply bonding agent on bonding surfaces (A) on dropside (5).

Tape primer/bonding agent 94

Install new seal (2) on truckbed liner (1).

Install truckbed liner (1).

 Slide truckbed liner (1) into seal (4).

Screw in screws (3).

Remove protective foil from seal (2).

12

Press seal (2) with truckbed liner (1) onto dropside (5).

 For this purpose, use  roller.
