Remove detachable parts for replacement of headlamp mount

Remove resonator

Remove fuse and relay module on right in engine compartment

 Do not remove relay holders. Remove housing without disassembling it.

Remove fuse and relay module control unit in engine compartment

Remove refrigerant line between condenser and vehicle interior expansion valve

Remove screw/bolt (1)

Route electrical wiring harness (2) out of working area

 For this purpose, remove electrical wiring harness (2) from brackets (3, 4).

Remove bracket (3)

 To do this, remove bolt (6).

Remove bracket (4)

 Remove bolt (7) to do this.

Disconnect electrical connectors (8)

Remove electrical connectors (9), relay (10) with holder and fuse holder (11) from housing (15)

Remove tape (12)

Anti-rattle tape

Remove covers (13, 14)

Remove electrical subharnesses from working area

Remove cover (16)

Release screw (17) by a few turns

 Do not fully remove screw (17).

Unscrew nuts (18)

Remove housing (15)

Disconnect electrical connector (19)

Model 470, 471 with code MJ8 (ECO start/stop function)

Unscrew screws/bolts (20)

Remove rubber grommets (21)

Remove electrical subharnesses from working area

Install in the reverse order
