Save parameters of instrument (INS).
1 Switch on ignition.
2 In STAR DIAGNOSIS, select the "Instrument" system.
3 Call up the menu item "Control unit exchange" in the menu "control unit adaptation".
4 Follow the instructions of the system. The control unit parameters are transferred automatically to STAR DIAGNOSIS and saved temporarily.
5 Switch off ignition.
Leave STAR DIAGNOSIS connected.
Transfer parameters of the instrument (INS)
6 Switch on ignition.
7 Follow the instructions of the system. The parameters staged in STAR DIAGNOSIS are transferred to the new instrument cluster (INS).
8 Switch off ignition.
