Remove/install

Detach the AdBlue® pressure piping (3) on the pump module (1) and tie up it pointing upward

 Collect and discard the AdBlue® drained.

Detach the AdBlue® suction piping (4) on the pump module (1) and tie up it pointing upward

 Collect the AdBlue® that flows out.

Remove the AdBlue® inlet nipple (7) from the pump module (1)

 Small amounts of AdBlue® can flow out.

Remove the filter (6) from the AdBlue® inlet (5)

 Installation: Insert the filter (6) carefully in the AdBlue® inlet (5) until seating the filter flange (6) in a perceptible way.

 Use a screw M5 to pull the filter (6) outward.

Installation in reverse order

 Exhaust gas aftertreatment, BlueTec(R)
