 	Removing, installing
1	Remove intake module	 Model 168	AR09.20-P-1400GD
		 Model 414	AR09.20-L-1400VA
2	Remove heat shield (8)
3	Remove / install fan shroud	 Model 168	AR20.40-P-6800GF
		 Model 414	AR20.40-L-6800VA
4	Detach exhaust system (1) from catalytic converter (120/1)	Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Check pipe clamp (2) and replace if necessary.
5	Remove pipe clamp (3) between catalytic converter (120/1) and exhaust gas turbocharger (110)	Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Check pipe clamp (3) and replace if necessary.
		 Install catalytic converter free of stress.
6	Unscrew bolts (4) and (5) from catalytic converter
7	Remove catalytic converter (120/1)	 Move catalytic converter toward windshield washer fluid reservoir when removing it, turn approx. 90° to the right and lift up and out.  Do not damage the radiator.

8	Install in the reverse order
