2 | Remove bracket between right rear muffler (21) and left rear muffler (22) | ||
3.1 | Unscrew nuts for diesel particulate filter (114) flange connections | Only with particulate filter code 474 | |

3.2 | Unscrew nuts for middle exhaust pipe flange connections | Except for vehicles with particulate filter code 474 | |

4 | Hook right rear muffler (21) onto exhaust rubber mounts | With aid of helper. | |
Installation: Check exhaust rubber mount for wear; replace if necessary. Wet exhaust rubber mount if required with liquid lubricant. | |||

6 | Hook left rear muffler (22) onto exhaust rubber mounts | With aid of helper. | |
