5 | Remove nozzle unit (4) on exhaust pipe (5) | Only for engine version Euro VI Standard | |
Do not disconnect coolant lines (3) and fuel line on the nozzle unit (4). | |||
Bolt, housing upper section to housing lower section for nozzle unit | |||
6 | Remove bracket (6) at exhaust pipe (5) and release at timing case | Bolt, bracket to exhaust pipe | |

7 | Remove clamp (7) | Installation: Replace clamp (7) and sealing ring on exhaust pipe (5). | |

Screw/bolt, exhaust flex pipe clamp to exhaust pipe downstream of turbine wheel housing | |||
9 | Remove exhaust pipe (5) | ||
10 | Clean sealing surfaces on exhaust pipe (5) and turbine wheel housing (9) | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order | ||
12 | Start engine and perform an engine test run | Allow engine to run at a higher rotational speed. | |
13 | Check area of exhaust pipe (5) for leaktightness and switch off engine | Visual inspection. |
