1 | Turn off the ignition and remove the key | ||
2 | Turn off the master switch | ||
3 | Close the gas shutoff valve (1) on all gas cylinders (3) | Observe the letters recorded on the gas shutoff valve (1) or the "open/closed" adhesive label. Verify body builder manual. | |
4 | Slowly open the adjuster lever (A) in the filler box (5) | Slowly open to avoid gas line freezing. | |
5 | Slowly open the purge valve (6) located behind the filler box (5) | Slowly open the purge valve and expel the remaining gas from the system. | |
6 | Check on the pressure gauge (4) of the filler box (5) until the pressure is zero | ||
7 | Close the adjuster lever (A) in the filler box (5) | ||

8 | Close the purge valve (6) after the maintenance procedures | ||
9 | Open the gas shutoff valve (1) on all gas cylinders (3) | Observe letters on the shutoff valve or adhesive as to the position "open/close". Verify body builder manual. | |
