Remove air filter completely

Remove air intake pipe (5)

Remove suspension strut (6) of cab mounting and clutch booster (7) and place to one side

Detach sheet metal (8) on the top of the left frame

Remove sheet metal (8) from bottom left frame

Remove bracket of steering line on cylinder crankcase

Separate plug connections on MR/PLD control unit

Detach pressure line (1) from power steering pump (3) and detach suction line (2) from flexible hose

 Collect oil which flows out.

Remove bolts for power steering pump (3) to compressor

 Bolt, power steering pump to compressor

Remove power steering pump (3)

 Installation: Replace O-ring.

Remove cross plate (4)

 Installation: Turn crankshaft of compressor until guides of cross plate (4) are horizontal. Secure cross plate (4) against sliding with grease.

Detach suction line (2) with connection fitting at power steering pump (3)

ENGINE 900, 904

 Only when the power steering pump (3) is replaced. Mark installation position of connection fitting. Collect oil which flows out.
