Remove/install

Remove cap (1) from expansion reservoir (2)

Suction off hydraulic fluid from the expansion reservoir (2)

Remove screw/bolt (3)

 Bolt, holder for hydraulic hose/line to body

Remove hydraulic line (4) from expansion reservoir (2), collet escaping hydraulic fluid and seal off connections using suitable stop plugs

Remove hydraulic line (4) from power-steering pump (5), collect escaping hydraulic fluid and seal off connections using suitable stop plugs

 Record plug

Remove hydraulic line (4) upwards

Install in the reverse order

 Warning

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
